I was inspired to start this business when I saw a significant need for such services in my hometown community. High School counselors do not always have the time and resources to work with each student on an individual basis, yet students are at a crucial point in their lives as they near graduation, which is why I decided to start this business. I am committed to helping students and their families become informed about the college selection and application process. Students can gain valuable knowledge and make a wise investment in their education, as student debt is a national problem.

I attended Lyndonville Central School and graduated in 2010 at the top of my class. I attended Elmira College on a full tuition scholarship where I earned my Bachelors of Science in business administration and political science. While in college I worked as a Resident Assistant and in the Office of the President and Public Relations. I was also involved in an organization called EnActUs, which stands for entrepreneurial, action, us, where I worked on a number of socially conscious business projects. One project in particular that I managed was the Elmira College Bahamian Essay Scholarship Competition, where our team awarded over $150,000 in scholarship awards to Bahamian students. I also volunteered as a Freshman Orientation Leader where I assisted students as they transitioned to college. In May 2013 I led my Enactus team to a top 60 win at the National Enactus Competition. I graduated in June 2013 summa cum laude and as Co-Valedictorian of my class. I currently attend the University of Rochester Simon School of Business in the Masters of Business Administration program.

Throughout my academic career I have earned thousands in scholarships and awards and graduated debt-free from my undergraduate studies. I understand the importance of planning on a budget and want other students to become aware of the large investment they are making. I am committed to helping students find the right college at an affordable price.

If you think the price is too expensive, think again! This service saved me $70,000 and I continue to benefit economically and personally from all that the service provided. -Lyndonville Central School Student

There is more to the application process then visiting a college and signing a paper. We would never have known to put in the time to research all of the different colleges and that the Indiana Institute of Technology existed without Feldman College Advising. They put in the research time, explained the process in an easy to understand manner, showed us how to find scholarships, helped us understand financing, and saved us a boatload of money! The cost was 1% of the total amount of money that we will save over four years going to a college that met all of our requirements. -Lyndonville Central School Parent

“Highly Recommend” is the first thing I think of when discussing Feldman Advising.  Ms. Feldman was personally and professionally interested in our daughter’s college search.  Ms. Feldman’s expertise in researching college selections with our daughter made our daughter confident in her final selection.  Our daughter greatly benefited from Ms. Feldman’s mentoring as well.  We will certainly continue to work with Ms. Feldman once our next child begins their college search. - Newfane High School Parent

Our daughter is a High School student at Hilton High School, and we were fortunate enough to have the distinct pleasure of utilizing Ms. Feldman’s expertise and experience in assisting our daughter in scholarship applications/writing.   Our daughter was the recipient of three scholarships this year (2013), and in large part was due to the assistance Ms. Feldman  provided to our child to ensure each of the scholarships were professionally written and met all standards required by each individual committee.  Although, our daughter is bright and articulate it certainly was helpful to have an expert in the area of scholarship guidance, and mentoring of  our daughter.  Our daughter felt more confident and self-assured when submitting her final drafts to scholarship committees due to the care and concern she gave to our daughter.  Ms. Feldman was willing to come to our home and work with our daughter, as well as making herself available via e-mail, phone, or text any day of the week.  Our experience has been absolutely positive, and our daughter won every scholarship that was reviewed or discussed by  Ms. Feldman.  Our family could not be any more proud, and it is with much pleasure  and distinct honor that we submit this testimonial on Ms. Feldman’s  behalf.
